Just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for the treatment this past weekend in the McKenzie part B course in Erie. It was a pleasure to work with you and I am thrilled at my neck progress in just this short period of time. I have already made changes to my work area that I think will benefit the posture situation. Now just need my back to realize we aren’t going back to the old way.

I have done PT numerous times over the past 3 years and had come to the notion that I was just going to live with this type of annoyance and pain as it was more prevalent at times than others . I was doing these types of things but never so pinpointed as I have experienced this past weekend.

Again, I appreciate all the time that was spent on me and my condition and look forward to being pain free in the very near future. I hope I was able to assist you in teaching the PT’s in this course some techniques on dealing with the neck area.

Dear Dana,

It's been about a couple months and more since I was discharged from physical therapy. I waited to write you because I was afraid that the exercises you gave me might not work after I stopped PT. It just seemed too good to be true; that the neck pain and headaches that I had suffered from most days could be gone.

I'm happy to report that the neck pain and headaches, most days, are still gone. I have kept up with the recommended exercises and have been able to return to activities that I haven't done in the last few months to years due to increasing pain. I've even been able to extend my work hours.

My only regret is that I had not found your recommended exercises sooner.

I can't thank Dana Greene enough for treating my chronic low back and leg pain. I had been to several specialists who attempted to treat my pain with very little relief. I was told by a surgeon that I needed a complicated surgical procedure. Dana was the first person to actually explain why I was experiencing pain in a way that I could understand. He provided me with the tools I needed to heal. Dana also was very inspiring and gave me hope that my pain could and would be relieved. Currently, I am able to manage my pain and if I continue to work hard using all the interventions that he taught me, I will be pain free. It is now up to me!

I am writing because were it not for you I would be in the hospital today. The knee replacement surgery would have been yesterday. The physical therapist would be getting me out of bed right about now to begin the torture of rehabing a newly replaced knee. I would not be a happy man. In fact it would be 6 weeks or so of agony for me to become happy again.

Instead, I am walking everyday, going to the gym 4 times a week, bounding up and down stairs (well, maybe not actually bounding but navigating certainly),and loving life. I do my knee exercise only twice a day. It never hurts anymore, and shows no sign of going bad again.

So, thank you for what you do! It is a life changer!

It’s been about a year since I was discharged from your fantastic care and I just wanted to let you know I have been following the plan you laid out for me and I have never felt better! My back pain disappeared at least 10 months ago, hopefully never to return…My tennis game is in remarkable shape. My serve is pretty fast for a guy my age and some days, I’m so quick on the court, I surprise even myself.

With Deepest Gratitude-

... I suffered for 7 months with a very slowly improving back injury, have been to the doctor’s office 3 time, been to 2 different chiropractors, 2 PT’s and a massage therapist. After all this I was in a holding pattern of back pain that required almost daily usage of menthol pads and ibuprofen, with no answers to why I wasn’t getting better.

One month ago I went to see a friend’s physical therapist that she raved about at Summit Physical Therapy, named Dana Greene... I felt improvement the next day and 4 weeks later, my back feels perfectly normal. I’m able to work in my ceramic studio for long periods once again, can sit in the car for long rides without being in pain. Basically, I have my life back again, when I was beginning to think I was going to have to live the rest of my life with a disability... You would do your patients a huge favor by sending them to Dana Greene. He’s given me my life back when I thought my chance of improving had come to a dead end.

This note is to fulfill my promise if I won this thing again... It’s hard to believe that one year ago golf wasn’t in the picture for me. I wanted to sincerely thank you for not only the physical therapy care I received, but for your optimistic and enthusiastic attitude! I truly believe it was the difference in me making a complete recovery.

Thanks Again,
Teresa Cleland (after winning the Post-Standard Women’s Amateur golf tournament)
